Know the LGPD
Personal Data Protection General Law, (or LGPD, according to the portuguese acronym), Law nº 13.709/2018, is the brazilian legislation that regulates the personal data handling activities, and it also modifies articles 7º and 16º of the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.
Know the GDPR
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, that became compulsory on May 25th, 2018, and is applicable to all the countries of the European Union (EU)
Know the CCPA
California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA)[5], in the USA, established through a state initiative in California, where it was approved on June 28th, 2018 (AB 375).
